It is possible to use LED lights inserting them in the floor, in the wall cladding, or on the base of a bathtub or a shower to achieve a relaxing atmosphere during the night; LEDs have a low power consumption and give a dim light in any color.
In the morning, therefore, it is better to set a regenerating program, mostly with reds and yellows, to facilitate blood circulation and find the right state of mind to start a new day after sleeping.
In the evening, after a hard day, the most relaxing colors are violet and blue, which facilitate correct breathing and take away stress and insomnia.
To find harmony, use green, which gives you serenity, and white, which fights weakness and depression.
